Domestic Abuse Victims Failed by Police

A new investigation suggests that across the UK, victims of domestic abuse are being let down by police forces.

The number of arrests have decreased whilst the number of incidents are increasing as officers failed to understand the issue and downgraded the risks to victims to save time and resources.

In more than 50% of cases no arrests were made in 17 forces across the UK.
